We’re with you all the way — if you want us to.

1

Process & methodology development

Here, the product is analysed based on component choices and compatibility. We match against our tool set, machinery and built-up assembly expertise and experience. A clear assembly sequence is defined that ensures the basis for a successful production result. If necessary, we produce a dedicated production document via e.g. E3 or AutoCad.

Start-up — prototype

Here we make sure that the manufacturing process meets your specifications — so that it doesn’t cost more than it tastes. Our assembly sequence is validated and all tooling choices are evaluated in production. New combinations of joints are cross-sectionally analysed for 100% validation. Often, the customer’s designers are on site so that we can find optimisations together.

Pre-series production

After improvements are implemented, pre-series production starts. The production process is mapped out, supplier deliveries are started up and the material flow is secured via forecasts. The main purpose of this phase is to validate the complex interaction between design, suppliers and our own production apparatus. Here we also get a good feel for the economics of the product and thus the customer’s expected results.

Series production

Mass production is exactly what it sounds like. The product is ready to go, the supply chain is secured, and manufacturing can go full speed ahead.
You decide the pace of your deliveries, we take care of the rest!

Simply a smarter approach!
